An Ammex employee will be Assigned to the community to provide a more personalized management: This person will be the contact for community members, will attend meetings (AGM´s EGM´s) and will constantly monitor the staff and the daily activities of the urbanization.

Debt collecting, in the cases where applicable legal action will be taken.


Virtual Office

Via Internet and by use of a personal password, owners can view information of the community: Statutes, insurance, maintenance contracts, bulletin board, request certificates, financial information, change direct debit information, virtual meetings, news, etc...


Building maintenance

Preventive and corrective maintenance to avoid deterioration of communal areas and elements.


Legal advice

Free legal advice in all matters relating to Horizontal Property Law, debtors, approved agreements and complaints between neighbors.


Insurance claims and repairs

All claims and repair problems detected in visits made to the community or those communicated by an owner, are processed by a modern computer application that creates an incident and assigns a reference number throughout the follow-up.


Community meetings

Calling for meetings, preparing the minutes for both AGM´s And EGM´s. Implementation and enforcement of all agreements approved in a swift and responsible manner.


Control of services

AMMEX verifies and checks the fulfillment of the agreed terms with the individual maintenance companies (cleaning, elevators, lobby, etc.).


Annual Account

The annual account balance is prepared in an understandable and clear way, with maximum transparency.
