When you visit a floor, first observe the common state of conservation of the building and services it has. The more deteriorated that is the building, the more costs of conservation will be necessary to confront in the future. Do not doubt in asking the neighbours who already reside there. Review the property. Observe possible cracks or humidities. Verify the correct operation of the facilities, such as heating, air condition, faucets, and also of the movable pieces, as they are the doors, windows and blinds. Pay attention to the noises, inner as much as outer; the first ones can be reduced with a correct isolation, but the second ones are more difficult to eliminate. The quality of conservation will determine the value of the building. If you have some doubt, an appraisal society can advise you. Remember: Observe the state of conservation of the building and do not doubt in verifying the state of the facilities and movable pieces of the house.
